"Meaghan and I have worked together for several years. Since we started the coaching engagement, I went from an agency role on the Strategy side to a Director at Novartis. I have benefited greatly from her knowledge and expertise, especially as I navigated the transition from the agency world to the “client side” of the business."

Meaghan's Story
Meaghan earned her doctoral at Fielding Graduate University in Organizational Development and Change. Meaghan is an executive coach and her specific areas of interest are authentic leadership, identifying one’s purpose, and emotional intelligence. Meaghan is a guest lecturer at Columbia University, a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Council for the Curing Coma Campaign, and a volunteer at the American Stroke Foundation.
Meaghan wrote her dissertation surrounding returning to work after suffering from a stroke and identifying one’s purpose. In 2019, Meaghan suffered a severe stroke at the age of 40. This caused her to pivot her career and priorities, finding an entirely new way of thinking about her own purpose.
Prior to this part of her professional journey, Meaghan was focused on the business world. She occupied numerous leadership roles in healthcare advertising, culminating in her position as Managing Partner of TBWA\WorldHealth, where she founded the TBWA\HealthCollective, a consumer-facing communications entity within the organization that went on to have significant success, both financially, through revenue and profit, and creatively, by winning multiple awards. Despite these achievements, the most rewarding experiences she had in these industry jobs were as a coach and a mentor, hence her finding her own purpose in the field of Executive Coaching.
Meaghan has both a master’s and an undergraduate degree in Sociolinguistics from Georgetown University. She co-authored 39 peer-reviewed publications during her tenure as President of Ogilvy CommonHealth Behavioral Insights, a market research company focused on the dialogue that occurs between healthcare professionals and patients in the exam room.
